So just because you are offered a product from an online store or from a local installer, don't assume they are an authorized dealer. Most higher end companies will not allow online sales at all. There is no way to properly evaluate a component without seeing/hearing it yourself, and their is no support/service to help you the end user in properly setting up, programming and servicing the product. Many companies require a showroom to properly display their product or they will not let you represent their line.
